Ingredients
- 250g Salmon
- 80g Onion
- 200g Spaghetti (uncooked)
- 20ml Olive oil
- 50ml Water
- 150ml Cream
- 50g Cream cheese
- 200g Peas (thawed)
- 20g Parsley
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper

- 1First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. While the water is heating, wash the salmon and pat it dry. Remove the skin and cut the fish into 1 cm × 1 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.
- 2Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook for 14–15 minutes over high heat. Drain after cooking.
- 3Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Then add the onion to the pan and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Afterwards, add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and fry everything for another 2–3 minutes (still over medium heat).
- 4After frying, add water and cream, stir in the cream cheese, and let the sauce simmer for 4–5 minutes until it thickens. Finally, add the peas, parsley, and cooked pasta to the pan, mix everything well, turn off the heat, and serve.
