Preparation method

Bring orzo to a boil in a small pot with approx. 500 ml water and cook for about 10 minutes – or prepare according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, fry bacon in a little oil until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Drain the cooked orzo and place in a large bowl. Drain chickpeas, dice cucumber, chop herbs, slice onion into fine strips, crumble feta, and mix everything together with the crumbled bacon into the orzo.
