  • 2 Eier
  • 3 Knoblauchzehen
  • 100 g Weizenmehl Type 405
  • 1 TL getrockneter Majoran
  • 1 TL Salz
  • 1/2 TL gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
  • 50 ml Sonnenblumenöl zum Braten

Preparation

    Finely grate the cooked potatoes into a bowl.

    Add eggs, pressed garlic, marjoram, salt, and pepper.

    Gradually stir in the flour to form a thick batter.

    Heat oil in a pan. Form small pancakes with a spoon and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
