- 600 g gekochte Kartoffeln

- 3 Knoblauchzehen
- 100 g Weizenmehl Type 405
- 1 TL getrockneter Majoran
- 1 TL Salz
- 1/2 TL gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
- 50 ml Sonnenblumenöl zum Braten
Preparation
- 1Finely grate the cooked potatoes into a bowl.
- 2Add eggs, pressed garlic, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- 3Gradually stir in the flour to form a thick batter.
- 4Heat oil in a pan. Form small pancakes with a spoon and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
- 5Drain the finished pancakes on kitchen paper.
