Preparation method

Prepare Streusel

For the streusel, put 150 g sugar with 150 g flour and 150 g butter into a bowl and work into a crumbly mixture with your hands. Set aside until use.

Prepare and Bake Strudel

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

Peel the rhubarb and cut into pieces about 2 cm long. Wash, dry, hull, and quarter the strawberries.

Chef's tip

Serve the strudel best still lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
