Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. In a bowl, mix the quark with 50 g powdered sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and the egg until smooth.

Unroll the puff pastry and spread the quark mixture evenly over it, leaving a small strip free at the edges.

Distribute the frozen forest berries evenly over the quark filling. Carefully roll up the dough from the long side.

Chef's tip

Do not thaw the berries before use, so that the filling does not become too liquid.

Serve the braid best still lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
