Preparation method

Bring 200 ml of water to a boil in a small pot or with a kettle.

Place the couscous in a small bowl, mix with a little salt, and pour the boiling water over it. Cover the bowl (e.g., with a plate) and let the couscous swell.

Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper and cut it into strips. Peel the onion and cut it into fine rings. Peel and press the garlic. Heat 2 tbsp of rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onions, and garlic and sauté everything for 4-5 minutes.

Chef's tip

For an extra fresh touch, you can refine the couscous with some fresh parsley or a splash of lemon juice before serving.
