  • 300 g Rolled oats
  • 70 g Liquid honey
  • 50 g Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 50 g Peanut butter
  • 70 g Dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch Table salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a small baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 30 cm) with baking paper.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix oats, honey, butter, vanilla extract, peanut butter, finely chopped cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan – first with the palm of your hand, then smooth it with the bottom of a glass to avoid air bubbles. This way, the bars won't break later when cutting.

Bake in the preheated oven at 170–180 °C for approx. 20–25 minutes until golden brown. After baking, remove from the oven and let cool completely for at least 35 minutes. Only then cut into bars (preferably with a bread knife).
