Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Grease an oven-safe pan (approx. 27 cm diameter) with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Wash the broccoli and divide it into very small florets. Finely grate the Edam cheese.

In a large bowl, whisk the 8 eggs with the milk. Stir in the grated Edam, broccoli florets, and halved cherry tomatoes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
For an extra fluffy frittata, you can first separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold them into the egg yolk-milk mixture.
