Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a silicone mold for 12 muffins.

Wash the broccoli and cut into very small florets. Wash the bell pepper, core it, and cut into fine cubes. Peel the garlic and finely grate or press it.

In a large bowl, combine the prepared broccoli, bell pepper cubes, garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 6 eggs, and salt and pepper. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk.
Chef's tip
For an extra savory note, you can mix some grated cheese or feta into the egg mixture.
