Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Finely grind half of the Oreo cookies in a blender. Cut or chop the remaining cookies into coarse pieces and set aside for later.

Slowly melt the dark chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie until a smooth mixture forms.

Chef's tip
