Dough Preparation
First, prepare the dough: Mix yeast, 150 ml lukewarm milk, and sugar in a bowl and let it rise for about 5–10 minutes until the yeast is activated. Add flour, oregano, 5 g salt, and olive oil. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic (preferably with a stand mixer). Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Shaping and Filling
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle and cut into 3 triangles. Spread ketchup on the triangles, top with ham and cheese. Roll them up from the wide side towards the tip. Place the croissants on the baking sheet with the tip facing down so they don't open during baking. Repeat with the remaining dough.
