Ingredients

  • 50 g ladyfingers
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp water (hot)
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 10 g powdered sugar

For Rolling

  • 2 tsp baking cocoa

Preparation

    Finely crumble the ladyfingers (preferably in a freezer bag with a rolling pin or in a blender).

    In a large bowl, stir the instant coffee with the hot water until dissolved. Then add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the biscuit crumbs. Knead everything into a uniform mixture.

    Form about 10 equally sized balls from the dough.

    Roll the balls in baking cocoa until they are evenly coated all around. Serve immediately or chill until consumption.
Tip
For an adult version, you can replace one teaspoon of the water with Amaretto.
