Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat) and lightly grease a donut baking pan.

In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter with the lemon juice and milk. Add flour, 50 g raw cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 5 g cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, and process everything into a smooth dough.

Baking & Finishing

Fill the dough evenly into the prepared donut mold. Bake in the preheated oven at 175–180 °C for approx. 10–12 minutes until golden brown.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can replace the butter with margarine and cow's milk with a plant-based drink (e.g., oat milk).
