  • 1 onion
  • 30 grams basil (3 stalks)
  • 8 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

    Finely dice the onion. Wash, dry, remove leaves, and finely chop the basil.

    Now whisk the dark balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper, honey, and mustard. Then gradually add the olive oil and mix well. Finally, add the finely chopped onions and basil to the vinaigrette, stir everything in well, mix with the salad, and serve.
