Ingredients
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
- 30 grams basil (3 stems)
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Preparation
- 1Finely dice the onion. Wash and dry the basil, remove the leaves, and finely chop.
- 2Now whisk the dark balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper, honey, and mustard. Then gradually add the olive oil and stir well. Finally, add the finely chopped onions and basil to the vinaigrette, stir everything in well, mix with the salad, and serve.
