Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry (fresh)
- 4 tbsp Strained tomatoes
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 100 g Zucchini
- 1 piece Garlic cloves
- 1/3 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat) and prepare a baking sheet.
- 2Mix the strained tomatoes with dried oregano, a pressed garlic clove, and a pinch of salt.
- 3Slice the zucchini thinly with a knife or a mandoline.
- 4Unroll the puff pastry together with the baking paper. Spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm.
- 5Drain the mozzarella, gently squeeze it, tear it into small pieces, and distribute it evenly over the sauce.
- 6Arrange the zucchini slices slightly overlapping on top.
- 7Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil (or brush with a pastry brush) and season with salt and pepper.
- 8Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush the edge of the tart with it.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes, until the edge is golden brown and crispy.
