Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks of roughly equal size (fry shape). Mix thoroughly in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt.

Spread the seasoned carrot sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in the preheated oven at 200 °C (convection) for approx. 20 minutes until soft and lightly browned.

Meanwhile, wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Wash the rocket and shake dry.
Chef's tip
For an extra portion of freshness, you can add a few splashes of lemon juice over the carrots.
The wraps can be prepared excellently in advance and are ideal for meal prep in the office.
