Wash, hull, and finely puree the strawberries. While pureeing, add vanilla sugar, lime juice, and vanilla ice cream. Then carefully add the milk.

Divide the strawberry shake among four tall glasses. Then add a scoop of strawberry ice cream to each glass and serve garnished with mint.

Don't have fresh strawberries on hand? Simply use frozen strawberries instead.
