Preparation method

First, carefully melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. To do this, fill a pot with some water and place a suitable heatproof bowl on top (it should not touch the bottom of the pot). Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in the bowl, and let it melt over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, put the peeled bananas, the flesh of the avocado, baking cocoa, honey, and coconut milk into a tall mixing container. Add the melted chocolate.

Puree all ingredients thoroughly with an immersion blender until a perfectly smooth and creamy mousse is formed.
