Ingredients

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 30 g liquid honey
  • 1 ripe mango
  • some leaves fresh mint
  • 10 g hazelnut kernels

Preparation

    Place Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Mix everything well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.

    Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or fine slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a fine puree.

    Fill glasses with the yogurt mixture, arrange the mango pieces (or puree) on top, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and chopped hazelnuts.

    Refrigerate the glasses for at least 1 hour or, preferably, overnight, so that the chia seeds can swell and the yogurt develops a pudding-like consistency. Serve cold.

Tipp: Für eine vegane Variante kannst du den griechischen Joghurt durch eine Kokos-Alternative ersetzen und statt Honig Agavendicksaft verwenden. Besonders lecker schmeckt es, wenn du die Haselnüsse kurz in der Pfanne anröstest!
