Put the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Mix everything well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.
Peel the mango, remove the stone, and cut the flesh into small cubes or fine slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a smooth puree.
Fill glasses with the yogurt mixture, arrange the mango pieces (or puree) on top, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and chopped hazelnuts.
