- 150 g dragon fruit (pitahaya)
- 190 g banana (frozen)
- 150 g mango (frozen)
- 60 ml coconut milk

- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almonds

Allow the frozen fruit (banana and mango) to thaw at room temperature for about 5 minutes before processing. Then, add it along with the dragon fruit pulp to a powerful blender or food processor.

Add the coconut milk and blend everything on the highest setting until a perfectly smooth, creamy, and slightly airy mixture is formed.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Garnish the bowl as desired with fresh blueberries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almonds. Enjoy immediately!
