Diese cremige Bananen-Schokoladen-Mousse ist die perfekte gesunde Nascherei. Dank reifer Avocado und Kokosmilch wird sie unglaublich samtig, während dunkle Schokolade für ein intensives Aroma sorgt – ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen!
Preparation method
First, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. To do this, heat a pot with a little water and place a suitable bowl on top (it should not touch the bottom). Add the chocolate and let it melt slowly while stirring.
In a tall mixing beaker, add the peeled bananas, avocado flesh, baking cocoa, honey, coconut milk, and melted chocolate. Puree everything with a hand blender until it forms a completely smooth cream.
Distribute the finished mousse evenly among 3 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
