Ingredients
- 200 g bananas
- 120 g avocado
- 70 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp honey
- 220 ml coconut milk
Preparation
- 1First, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. To do this, heat a pot with some water and place a suitable bowl on top (it should not touch the bottom). Add the chocolate and let it melt slowly while stirring.
- 2In a tall mixing cup, combine the peeled bananas, avocado flesh, baking cocoa, honey, coconut milk, and melted chocolate. Use an immersion blender to puree everything into a perfectly smooth cream.
- 3Distribute the finished mousse evenly among 3 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- 4Serve after chilling. The mousse will keep in the refrigerator for about 2–3 days.
