Preparation method

Thoroughly mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl until the seeds are evenly distributed.

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or thin slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a fine puree.

Divide the yogurt mixture among glasses and layer with the mango pieces (or puree). Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over top.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can replace the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and the honey with agave syrup.
