Ingredients
- 80 ml oats
- 120 g Alpro oat drink
- 80 ml Alpro natural yogurt alternative
- 80 g banana
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 g ground cinnamon
- 1 handful fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 tbsp almonds and hazelnuts
Preparation
- 1Mix all ingredients except the berries and nuts well in a bowl or glass. The banana can be mashed with a fork or cut into small pieces beforehand.
- 2Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours) so that the oats can swell.
- 3The next morning, stir the Overnight Oats briefly. Garnish with fresh berries and nuts. Sprinkle with a little cocoa if desired.
- 4Enjoy your meal! A healthy breakfast that's already waiting for you.
Tip
For an extra creamy consistency, you can stir the oats with a splash of additional oat drink in the morning.
