Preparation method
Mix all ingredients except the berries and nuts well in a bowl or glass. The banana can be mashed with a fork or cut into small pieces beforehand.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) so that the oats can swell.
The next morning, stir the Overnight Oats briefly. Garnish with fresh berries and nuts. Sprinkle with a little cocoa if desired.
Chef's tip
For an extra creamy consistency, you can stir the oats with a splash of additional oat drink in the morning.
