- 70 g Kale
- 70 g Leaf Spinach
- 150 g Mango
- 150 g Pineapple
- 20 g Ginger
- 2 pieces Kiwi

Wash kale and spinach thoroughly. For the kale, remove the hard stems and cut the leaves into coarse pieces.

Peel mango, kiwi, and ginger. Depending on your blender's power, halve the fruit or cut it into smaller pieces. Chop the ginger as well.

Put the prepared leafy greens, fruit, ginger, and 250 ml water into the blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth consistency. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can also use a powerful immersion blender.
Chef's tip
If you don't like kale, you can simply replace it with the same amount of spinach.
