Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drain the soaked dates and place them in a tall container. Add the rapeseed oil and blend everything into a smooth paste. Transfer the date paste to a bowl, add oats and sunflower seeds, and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180–185 °C until golden brown. After 10 and 20 minutes, turn the granola so that it roasts evenly. After baking, let it cool for at least 20 minutes to become crispy.
