  • 300 g strawberries
  • 140 g Greek yogurt

Briefly freeze one banana and the strawberries for the smoothie base (or use pre-frozen fruit). Put the frozen fruit together with the Greek yogurt into a blender and blend until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of milk.

Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Slice the second banana. Garnish the bowl with the banana slices, physalis, fresh raspberries, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts, and pistachios.

Finally, decorate with a few fresh mint leaves and enjoy the smoothie bowl immediately.
