Preparation method

Wash the fruit thoroughly, pat dry, and pre-chill in the refrigerator.

Slice the lemon and orange and place them in a large glass pitcher. Halve the apple, remove the core, slice the flesh thinly, and also add it to the pitcher. Add the brown cane sugar and pour in the dark rum. Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

After steeping, lightly press the fruit in the pitcher with a wooden spoon to release the flavors. Pour in the red wine, orange juice, and sparkling mineral water. Carefully stir everything and serve with plenty of ice cubes.
