Preparation method

Put all ingredients for the ice cream (strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream) into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly into the ice cream molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Before serving, let the ice cream thaw briefly at room temperature or hold the mold briefly under lukewarm water to make it easier to remove the ice cream.

Chef's tip

Use very ripe bananas to achieve natural sweetness without added sugar.
