Ingredients

  • 140 grams oat flakes
  • 50 grams liquid honey
  • 40 grams dried fruit (according to preference)
  • 30 grams almond flakes
  • 30 grams chopped walnuts
  • 10 grams pine nuts
  • 30 grams strawberries (or other berries)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil (or rapeseed oil)
  • 1 kg natural yogurt

You will also need

  • Baking paper

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 175 °C. Mix all ingredients except the dried fruit in a bowl, spread everything onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 175 °C for 20 minutes, turning regularly, until everything is nicely crispy. Then let the baking sheet cool down.

    Chop the dried fruit, mix it into the baked muesli mixture, and serve with fresh berries and natural yogurt.
Tip
Scale up the ingredients to your desired number of portions and create a practical supply. The baked and cooled muesli can be ideally stored in well-sealed tins or jars.
