  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 250 g quark 40% fat
  • 200 ml whipping cream 15% fat
  • 100 ml whole milk 3.5% fat
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 10 ml lime juice
For Garnishing
  • 10 g unsalted pistachios
  • 2 pcs fresh lemon balm

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, drain them, and remove the green tops. Set aside a few nice strawberries for decoration.

Place the remaining strawberries in a tall container. Add quark, whipping cream, whole milk, powdered sugar, and lime juice, then blend everything with an immersion blender until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.

Pour the finished strawberry cream into bowls or deep plates. Garnish with the reserved strawberry slices, chopped pistachios, and fresh lemon balm leaves. Serve with a dollop of cream, if desired.
