Preparation method

Carefully wrap the blue cheese in cling film and place it in the freezer for about 10–15 minutes. This will make grating easier later.

Gently wash the figs, cut them lengthwise in half, and arrange them on a plate.

Remove the cheese from the freezer and grate it directly over the fig halves.
