Preparation method
Whip the cream stiff in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer and chill. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone and quark. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in the lemon zest and fold in the whipped cream.
Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and cut them into small pieces. Mix with sugar and let sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, squeeze the orange and set aside the juice.
Roughly crush the ladyfingers. Cover the bottom of four dessert glasses (250 ml each) with them. Drizzle each ladyfinger with a little orange juice, then add approx. 2 tbsp fresh strawberries on top of the ladyfingers, followed by approx. 3 tbsp cream.
