  • 250 g Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 g Natural yogurt
  • 100 ml Whole milk
  • 1 pinch Ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and dice it into coarse cubes. If using frozen mango, the cubes can be used directly.

Place the mango cubes together with the milk into a tall mixing beaker and finely blend with an immersion blender until a smooth mixture is formed.

Add natural yogurt, liquid honey, and a pinch of ground cardamom. Blend everything again briefly until the Lassi is nicely creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Chef's tip

For a particularly refreshing version when using fresh mango, simply add 2-3 ice cubes to the blender.
