Prepare two bowls: one with 1 liter of hot water and one with 1 liter of cold water. Score the tamarillos crosswise and place them in the hot water for one minute. Then transfer them to the cold water for one minute. After this, the skin can be easily peeled off. Cut the peeled tamarillos into small pieces.

Peel the apple and coarsely grate it. Cut the onion into coarse cubes, slice the garlic thinly.

Cooking the Chutney

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pot. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent and soft.
