Preparation method

Place jasmine rice, sugar, and 350 ml of the coconut milk in a small pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum. Simmer the rice until it is soft, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Gradually add the remaining coconut milk during cooking until a creamy consistency is achieved.
