Batter

  • 4 pieces Bananas (ripe)
  • 2 pieces Eggs (size M)
  • 30 g Spelt wholemeal flour
  • 80 ml Milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 20 g Butter (melted)

For Serving

  • Natural yogurt
  • Honey
  • Hazelnuts

Preparation

    Prepare an immersion blender, a deep bowl, and a non-stick pan.

    Place the peeled bananas, eggs, spelt wholemeal flour, milk, baking powder, and melted butter into the bowl. Blend everything thoroughly with the immersion blender until a smooth batter forms.

    Heat the pan over medium heat. Spoon a large spoonful of batter into the pan to form small pancakes (approx. 8 cm diameter). Cook the pancakes without additional fat for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

    Arrange the finished pancakes on plates and serve them as desired with a dollop of natural yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and chopped hazelnuts.
Tip
Use ripe bananas with brown spots if possible – these are sweeter and easier to process.
