Batter
- 4 pieces Bananas (ripe)
- 2 pieces Eggs (size M)
- 30 g Spelt wholemeal flour
- 80 ml Milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 20 g Butter (melted)
For Serving
- Natural yogurt
- Honey
- Hazelnuts
Preparation
- 1Prepare an immersion blender, a deep bowl, and a non-stick pan.
- 2Place the peeled bananas, eggs, spelt wholemeal flour, milk, baking powder, and melted butter into the bowl. Blend everything thoroughly with the immersion blender until a smooth batter forms.
- 3Heat the pan over medium heat. Spoon a large spoonful of batter into the pan to form small pancakes (approx. 8 cm diameter). Cook the pancakes without additional fat for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4Arrange the finished pancakes on plates and serve them as desired with a dollop of natural yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and chopped hazelnuts.
Tip
Use ripe bananas with brown spots if possible – these are sweeter and easier to process.
