Preparation method
Place the frozen raspberries, peeled banana, and quark in a blender or food processor. Blend on the highest setting until a completely smooth and creamy mixture is formed.
Pour the fruit-quark mixture evenly into the popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds on the work surface to remove any air bubbles. Insert the wooden sticks and place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
To easily remove the popsicles from the mold, let them stand briefly at room temperature or hold the mold under lukewarm running water for a few seconds. This way, the popsicles can be effortlessly pulled out.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can replace the quark with a plant-based alternative made from soy or almond.
If you prefer it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup to the mixture before blending.
