- 500g carrots
- 1-2 stalks leek
- 250g minced beef|minced beef
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 250ml vegetable broth

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Clean, wash, and slice the leek into rings.

Sear the minced meat vigorously in hot oil. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Stir in the tomato paste and season. Add the broth and let it simmer covered for 10 minutes over low heat.

Serve with bread and enjoy.
