  • 125 g neutral vegetable oil
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g cocoa powder Granko
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 125 g white sugar / refined sugar
  • 250 g gluten-free flour

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

    Combine all ingredients (vegetable oil, sour cream, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, and gluten-free flour) in a bowl and mix into a smooth batter.

    Distribute the batter evenly into the prepared muffin liners.

    Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 35 - 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer test. Let cool completely before serving.
Tip
For an extra chocolatey touch, you can mix in some chocolate chips into the batter.
