Preheat the oven to 195 °C. Grease the molds with a little butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Melt butter and dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir well and let cool slightly.

In a food processor, mix eggs, 150 g sugar, and flour. Slowly stir in the chocolate mixture at low speed. Do not beat for too long, so the batter does not become too light.
Chef's tip
For preparation, you will need 5 oven-safe molds (Ø 8 cm, height 4.5 cm). Silicone molds do not need to be greased. The higher the quality of the chocolate, the better the result.
