Preparation of the Base

First, line a springform pan (Ø 20 cm) with baking paper. Mix the almond flour with the melted butter in a bowl.

Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan and press firmly with a glass to create a compact base of approx. 0.5 cm thickness without gaps.

Preparation of the Yogurt Filling

In a small bowl, mix 100 ml water with the gelatin sheets and let them soak for approx. 5-10 minutes.

Chef's tip

For a particularly intense aroma, you can strain the strawberry sauce through a fine sieve to remove the small seeds.
