Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a springform pan (Ø 18 cm) with baking paper.
Prepare the base: Grind the oat flakes in a food processor into fine flour. Put the oat flour into a bowl and mix it with almond flour, 20 g honey, coconut oil, and 40 ml water to form a dough. Press the dough evenly (approx. 0.5 cm thick) onto the bottom of the pan and smooth it with the bottom of a glass. Bake the base for 10–15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Meanwhile, prepare the pudding: Pour 400 ml milk into a small saucepan, bring it to a boil while stirring, and stir in 30 g honey. Mix the remaining 200 ml milk smoothly with the pudding powder. Add this mixture to the boiling milk and continue stirring over medium heat until the pudding thickens.
