In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Chef's tip

For the best taste, be sure to use an organic lemon, as both the zest and the juice are used.

If the glaze is too runny, simply add a little more powdered sugar. If it's too thick, a teaspoon of lemon juice will help.
