Moist Banana Bread with Chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Grease a loaf pan with a little butter and dust with flour.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until frothy.

Thoroughly mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the egg mixture. Add the melted butter and mix everything well.
