Preheat the oven to 200 °C and lightly grease 6 muffin molds with a little coconut oil.
First, prepare the dry ingredients (except salt): In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking cocoa until no lumps remain. Then add the Alpro soy drink, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, and salt, and stir everything into a smooth batter.
Fill the batter into the prepared molds, leaving about 2 cm space from the edge. Now for the chocolate magic: Press a small piece of vegan chocolate into the center of each muffin.
Chef's tip
Serve the dessert warm so that the core remains beautifully liquid. A scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream also goes perfectly with it!
