Preparation method

Mix all ingredients for the dough with approx. 30 ml of water and knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 3-4 mm thick.

Spread the dough evenly with ketchup, sprinkle with thyme, and top with ham and cheese slices.
