Savory Pizza Croissants with Ham and Cheese

Dough Preparation
First, prepare the dough: Put yeast, 150 ml lukewarm milk, and sugar into a bowl and let rest for approx. 5–10 minutes until the yeast is activated. Then add flour, oregano, 1 tsp salt, and olive oil. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic (a food processor can also be used for this). Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Shaping and Filling
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle and cut into 3 triangles. Spread ketchup on the triangles, top with cheese and ham. Roll up from the wide side towards the tip. Place the croissants seam-side down on the baking sheet so they don't open during baking. Repeat with the remaining dough.
