Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a loaf pan (approx. 23 cm) with baking paper.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the rapeseed oil and liquid honey until frothy.

Peel the ripe bananas and finely mash them together with the milk and vanilla extract (preferably with an immersion blender). Add the banana mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
