  • 200 g Basmati rice (pre-cooked)
  • 40 g Medjool dates (approx. 2 pieces)
  • 40 g almond flakes
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

First, prepare the dough. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and everything is finely chopped.

Form 10 equally sized balls from the mixture. Serve the finished balls immediately or store them in an airtight container, where they will keep for 4–5 days.

Chef's tip

If you have a little more time, blend all ingredients except the almond flakes. Form balls from the dough and then roll them in the finely chopped almond flakes for an extra crunchy effect.
