  • 300 g fine oats
  • 70 g liquid honey
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 70 g dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small baking dish (approx. 25 cm × 30 cm) with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the oats, honey, butter, vanilla extract, peanut butter, cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish – first with the palm of your hand and then with a glass to avoid air bubbles, so the bars don't break when cut.

Bake the mixture for 20–25 minutes at 170–180 °C. After baking, remove from the dish, let cool for at least 35 minutes, then cut into bars (preferably with a bread knife).

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can replace the honey with maple syrup and the butter with coconut oil.
